Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, professional Armed Security Officer Captain to lead our security team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, and has proven supervisory skills in the security field.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise and oversee all on-site security personnel
- Ensure team adherence to post orders, procedures, and company policies
- Conduct inspections and provide guidance and training to officers
- Handle incident reports and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain communication with management and clients
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Control access and egress
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrol
- Ensure proper documentation and shift reporting
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Possess a valid Florida Class D and G license
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Pass a mental health assessment
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory/security leadership experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
