Qualifications:
- Valid armed security license D&G (required)
- Experience handling gatehouse operations for over 500 vehicles daily
- Prior experience in surveillance and security operations preferred
- Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Identify irregular or unsafe conditions and take appropriate action
- Initiate alarms or contact emergency services as needed
- Enforce rules and regulations courteously
- Control access points and monitor entrances and exits
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
